The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. Any link to it elsewhere on the internet is out of date.

We are not obliged to participate in, and do not currently participate in, dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. Consumers may still approach a national alternative-dispute-resolution body or their national European Consumer Centre.

Consumers resident in Türkiye may apply to the Tüketici Hakem Heyeti or the Tüketici Mahkemesi in their district.
